Website Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the fuelhound.lunairelabs.uk website. The FuelHound app is covered by its End-User Licence Agreement, which explains that fuel prices are not guaranteed, that you must not travel to a station because of a price shown in the app, and that your settings exist only on your phone.

1. Using the website

By using fuelhound.lunairelabs.uk (the “Website”) you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it. We may change these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version.

2. Who runs the website

The Website is run by Lunaire Labs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17137604), registered office 818 Whitchurch Lane, Whitchurch, Bristol, England, BS14 0JP (Companies House). We are not VAT-registered. Contact details are in Section 8.

3. What the website is

FuelHound was withdrawn from Google Play in August 2026, and the Website now carries only its legal documents, for people who still have the app, and a short notice that it is no longer sold. It has no accounts, forms, payments or interactive features. We may change, suspend or close it at any time, without notice or liability.

4. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may browse the Website freely. You must not use it for anything unlawful, try to gain unauthorised access to it or its server, introduce anything harmful, put unreasonable load on it with automated tools, or copy or republish its content without our written permission. Everything on it — text, logos, layout and code — belongs to us or our licensors, and the FuelHound name and logo are our trade marks.

5. No warranties, and limits on our liability

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it and are not liable for any loss arising from using, or being unable to use, it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Privacy

The Website keeps no access logs, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The Privacy Policy explains this, and how the FuelHound app handles your data, in full.

7. Law, complaints and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules that let you, as a consumer, bring proceedings where you live.

If you have a complaint, please email us first at and we will aim to resolve it. You can also get consumer advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk), or contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) about privacy.

Alternative dispute resolution. We are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. When we give you our response to a complaint, we will also tell you about any ADR scheme or other arrangement available to you if you are not satisfied with it, as section 308 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 requires. You may also bring court proceedings, or use Google Play’s own dispute and refund processes.
